Origins of replication sites(ORIs) is the onset of replication of genomic DNA, which play important roles in regulating the onset of DNA replication and gene expression regulation process. PLANNER is a predictor to provide the prediction of ORIs in eukaryotic genomes. It can identify nine different cell lines in four eukaryotes, which include two kinds of cell lines from H. sapiens (K562 and MCF7), three kinds of cell lines from M. musculus (ES, MEF and P19), three kinds of cell lines from D. melanogaster( Kc, Bg3 and S2) and A. thaliana. This study is based on pre-trained model called DNABERT and ensemble learning to discriminate ORIs and non-ORIs. The high precision results are achieved by this method. Welcome researchers to use.
