Prediction

You can either enter or copy/paste the DNA sequences you want to query into the input box located at the center, or alternatively, you can upload a FASTA file. These sequences must be formatted according to the FASTA format. If needed, you can obtain examples of sequences formatted in FASTA by clicking the "example" button. Once you have inputted the sequences, you can click on the "submit" button and view the predicted results displayed on your computer screen.
